Don’t worry, it’s nothing complicated: with just a few running steps, you'll already feel the lift of the wing carrying you away. It's a great moment... Once in the air, all that's left is to admire the landscape and enjoy; and if you feel like it, during the flight, you can chat with the pilot to understand the air mass and how paragliding works, and even pilot your wing... We'll go over the landing when the time comes. It's really very easy and gentle.
